DESIGN DESCRIPTION

Prinz Polymers range of super polymers are a cut above the rest as they are thermoset and spin cast. The thermoset polyurethane produced by Prinz Polymers has a wide range of properties,including fluid and moisture resistance. Polyurethane seals offer outstanding performance in high pressure hydraulic systems with abrasive contamination, high shock loads, and related adverse conditions.

Red super polymer is Hydrolysis resistant, UV resistant and has superior mineral oil compatibility as well as great resistance to ozone attack and weathering. This high performance material is triple lubricated. It is able to maximize its elasticity and is very effective in fast operating cycles. Their excellent temperature characteristics have proven itself in tough application situations.
